Drizzlecode provides AI-powered lead generation services that help businesses identify, target, and connect with potential customers across multiple advertising channels including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Our service includes:

• Lead generation and qualification
• Multi-channel advertising campaign management
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Customer support and account management

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on a per-lead model with the following tiers:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads provided meet the following criteria:

• Verified contact information (email and/or phone)
• Match your specified targeting criteria
• Demonstrated interest in your product or service
• Comply with applicable privacy and marketing regulations

If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without consent

The Drizzlecode platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains the exclusive property of Drizzlecode. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for their business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Drizzlecode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• You will pay for all leads delivered prior to termination
• We will cease all lead generation activities on your behalf
• You may retain and use leads already delivered
• Access to the platform and analytics will be discontinued

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
